Double-Sided Printing: Maximizes visual appeal and branding. Temperature Resistant: High and low-temperature durable. Compliant: Meets food packaging safety standards. Perfect for light flexible packaging, this film enhances consumer engagement while supporting environmental sustainability.
Vacuum Skin
Packaging (VSP)
A multilayer co-extruded plastic film that conforms tightly to food placed on a tray or film sheet through heating and vacuuming, creating a heat seal between the film and the base. It is used for retail display of fresh meats, seafood, and cheese etc.
Barrier Film
A type of co-extruded or laminated film that integrates barrier materials such as EVOH or PVDC to enhance its resistance to low molecular weight chemicals, gases, and organic compounds. This enhancement preserves the original qualities of products and extends their shelf life. Barrier films are chiefly used in packaging for food and pharmaceuticals, encapsulation of electronic devices, solar cell encapsulation, OLED encapsulation, and other industries.
Collation Shrink Film
A heat shrink film used for the commercial packaging and transport of various products. Its primary function is to stabilize, cover, and protect the product. It features high puncture resistance, strong tear resistance, durability, good shrink ability and a specific shrink tension. It is widely suitable for the collective packaging of products such as alcoholic beverages, canned goods, mineral water, various drinks, and fabrics.
Easy Peel Film
A sealing material made from specialized materials, commonly used for heat-sealing with substrates like micro-foaming HDPE, PS, PET, PP, PE, and Al-foil, or for making self-sealing bags. It ensures a firm seal and easy peel, with suitable peel strength, facilitating smooth separation from the underlying layer. The peel force is consistent, preventing content spillage, and it's primarily used in food packaging, electronics packaging, and medical device packaging.
Laminated Film
A multi-layer film created by combining two or more different types of film materials, such as BOPET, BOPP, VMPET, CPP, CPE, BOPA, aluminum foil, paper, etc. This overcomes the limitations of single-layer films and amalgamates the advantages of each layer to form an ideal packaging material. It's used for packaging food, pharmaceuticals, daily necessities, electronic products, and other industrial goods.
Easy Tear Film
A film designed to be easily torn from the middle with a low tearing strength and a straight tear line. This feature allows consumers to open the packaging effortlessly without compromising the seal integrity, ensuring a smooth and controlled opening experience without spillage. This film is increasingly used in packaging for coffee bags, milk powder, health products, and medical packaging.
BOPE Film
Biaxially oriented polyethylene film is a high-performance film material produced from PE resin with a special molecular structure using an existing tented frame method (like BOPP film lines). After the biaxial orientation process, the film's molecular chains and aggregate structures become highly oriented, significantly enhancing its mechanical strength and optical properties. BOPE films are promising for use as packaging films, composite films, agricultural films, medical films, and especially as high-strength, puncture-resistant composite packaging bags. They are environmentally friendly alternatives to BOPET and BOPP for mono-material packaging.
Cross-Linked POF
This polyolefin heat shrink film is manufactured using a special process involving five extruders that plasticize and extrude linear low-density polyethylene as a core layer, with copolymer polypropylene as the inner and outer layers. It's a non-toxic, eco-friendly film with high transparency, shrinkage, thermal sealing, glossiness, toughness, tear resistance, and even heat shrinkage suitable for automatic high-speed packaging. It serves as a modern alternative to traditional PVC heat shrink films and is used to package both regular and irregularly shaped products like auto accessories, plastic items, stationery, and books.
Machine Direction
Oriented (MDO) Film
A machine-direction oriented polyethylene film made by coextruding different polyethylene materials and stretching them longitudinally to a specified ratio. This stretching process enhances the film's orientation in the MD direction, achieved through preheating, stretching, annealing, and cooling stages using 8-12 rollers. The stretched PE film features high stiffness, heat resistance, tensile strength, increased barrier properties, and good optical performance. MDO PE film is used in mono-material packaging as a substitute for conventional BOPET, BOPP, or BOPA surface layers.
Protection Film
A self-adhesive protective film used for the temporary protection of item surfaces. Composed of a substrate and pressure-sensitive adhesive, it is characterized by its ease of application and removal, leaving no residue on the protected surface. The film's peeling strength can be tailored to meet the needs of the surface it adheres to. It's used to prevent damage during processing and transportation for metal products, coated metals, plastics, automotive products, electronics, signs, and profiles.
